- What is your delivery area?
We will deliver and pick-up in Millbrook, Prattville, and surrounding areas, as well as Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base and Annex.
- What time do you deliver and pick up?
Deliveries and pick-ups are typically made between 4-6pm. We try not to deliver or pick up on Sundays, but we are always happy to work around your schedule.
- Where can the bounce unit be set up?
- The bounce unit can be set up on any level area whether it is grass, concrete or asphalt. We will not set up on dirt or stone areas. The area should be clear of all obstacles, including sticks, stones, sharp objects, sprinklers, dog poo, etc. We place a tarp under each unit when it is set up on concrete or asphalt for added protection. The unit will also be secured with sandbags. Please turn off your sprinkler system before we arrive and for the duration of your party. Our bounce units are not made to be used wet. We reserve the right to cancel if the set-up area does not meet these requirements. Because we may have other rentals scheduled for the same day, please be sure that these areas are addressed before we arrive. We cannot wait around while these issues are addressed.
- How much room do I need?
The standard size of our units is approximately 13X13 and fits comfortably on most back yard lawns or two car driveways. Some of our bigger units take up more room. No overhead power lines or trees shall touch or interfere with the unit. They should be located away from pools. Some of our units are very large and heavy. If you are renting a slide or a combo, you should have clear path to the back yard, a gate with at least 36” of clearance, and in some cases, a concrete walkway that leads to your setup location. There have been times where we could not set up a large unit because of these conditions. Please be patient and remember that some of these units weigh up to 500 lbs and cannot be dragged over wet grass, stepping stones, gravel, or tree roots. You should have a backup location just in case.
- Can I pick the unit up?
Sorry, for the safety of the participants and to insure a quality functional unit, our staff is required to deliver and set up each unit.
- What kind of power do we need?
Our units plug into a standard 110V outlet. The outlet must be located within 100 ft of the unit, preferably one outlet per unit.
- Is there a delivery charge?
Nope! Delivery, setup, and removal are FREE.
- What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel at any time, up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you cancel within that 48 hours, we will charge you a $25 fee.
- Do you have a weather policy?
- For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel any rental due to rain, high winds (20 mph or higher), or other weather related issues. No payment would be required. If the weather is questionable (ie: it is cloudy and rain is a possibility) at the time of your party, we can still set up if you choose but NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN once we set up.
- Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we carry liability and property insurance. All customers are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set-up. We CANNOT set up any unit until this waiver is signed by an adult.
- What are my responsibilities?
- You need to identify a level area, clear of debris and all pet droppings, to set up the bounce house, provide an electrical outlet within 100’ of the bounce house. Understand and follow the Safety Instructions, read, understand and sign the Terms and Conditions.
- Is there a cleaning charge?
- No! We clean our units after each use. However, if excessive cleaning is required due to guidelines not adhered to, a cleaning charge of $50 will be required.
